# The Organizations Page in the Map App Just Got a Fresh New Look

If you’ve visited the **Organizations page** in the **CHSSN Map App** recently, you might have noticed something new. We’ve updated the layout to make it easier to find the information you need. Whether you're looking for a community partner, checking details for a referral, or just exploring the services available in your area, this change is designed to help.

## **A more visual, searchable experience**

Instead of a long list, organizations now appear in a **card-style directory**, with key details right where you need them. Each card shows:

- Organization name
- Website URL
- Location
- Telephone number
- Link to view the organization on the map

You can also:

- **Search** for organizations by name
- **Sort** results alphabetically
- **Filter** by type of organization or funding source

This new layout is more accessible, easier to navigate on mobile devices, and quicker for scanning at a glance.

## **Why we made the change**

This update is part of our ongoing work to make the Map App easier for everyone to use. We’ve heard from community members, researchers, and service providers that finding the right organization should feel straightforward, not like a scavenger hunt. The new layout is one step toward making that experience smoother and more helpful.

We’ll keep listening and improving, so the Map App continues to grow with your needs.
