Vulnerable communities in Quebec are diverse and dynamic, but too often, their needs and services are underrepresented in available data. The CHSSN Map App was created to give community organizations the tools to:

To join the CHSSN Map, organizations must first complete a registration survey.
This form collects the essential details about your services, populations served, and organization locations. Once the information is submitted, the CHSSN team will review your entry.
If approved, you will receive an email invitation to access the app and begin managing your organization's profile directly.
